Download the health check report in Onplana Schedule

All plansMember

The health check’s full report comes as three files: a PDF you can forward, an Excel workbook and a set of CSV files. After the report is sent to your email, the Schedule health drawer saves each one where you choose.

  1. Press Check health on the bar, or choose Plan > Check health…, and open the score for the Schedule health drawer.

  2. Under Get the full report, enter your email and press Send report. The drawer then reads “Report sent to” your address.

  3. Under it, press PDF, Excel or CSV. Pointing at a button names it in full: Download PDF, Download Excel, Download CSV.

  4. The app fetches the file, then asks where to save it, in a dialog titled “Save the health report”. The name starts as your plan’s file name followed by “health check”.

While one file downloads, its button shows a spinner and the other two wait. Open the full report, under the buttons, still opens the report in your browser.

  • PDF: the full report, the same one the email links to.
  • Excel: the report as a workbook.
  • CSV: a ZIP archive with one CSV per analyzer and a README. It is saved as a .zip, so open it to reach the CSV files.

The files are the ones Onplana made from the copy of the plan uploaded for the check. Nothing new is uploaded to download them.

  • The buttons appear only after the report is sent. Before that, the drawer shows the email form.
  • If the download fails, the drawer says “The report could not be downloaded. Check your connection and try again.” Press the button again.
  • The report is of the plan as it was when the check ran. After you edit, check health again for a report of the plan as it is now.
  • The health check is off while Keep this plan on this machine is on in Settings, because it uploads a copy of the plan.
