The help center

  • Ask AI: the floating assistant in the corner of every page answers questions from these guides, with links to its sources.
  • Video walkthroughs embedded in the most-visited guides, from creating your first project to importing a Microsoft Project file.
  • Built for AI assistants too: the full corpus is published for AI answer engines, and agents connected to Onplana can search these docs directly through the search_docs tool.
  • Public docs MCP server: any agent can add the docs in one line (claude mcp add onplana-docs https://mcp.onplana.com/docs), no account needed. Read-only, two tools (search_docs, read_docs_page), rate limited. The authenticated server at mcp.onplana.com/mcp is still the way to act inside your organization. See Connect an external agent.

  • Saved views on the Projects page: save filter and sort combinations as named views, and finished work now hides by default. Organize the Projects page
  • Issue log: track problems as first-class issues with a guarded lifecycle, separate from tasks and risks. Track issues
  • Lossless Recycle Bin restores: deleting a project or task now preserves its full contents (subtasks, members, comments, attachments, milestones), and restore brings everything back intact. Restore deleted work

  • AI on every plan: the core AI suite ships on all tiers with a one-time token bonus, and you can buy prepaid AI credit when it runs out. Understand your AI token budget
  • MCP agent connections on every plan: connect Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT and other MCP clients to read and update your projects on any plan, including Free. The number of concurrent connections scales with your plan (Free 2, Pro 3, and up); the AI token balance is what bounds actual AI usage. Connect an external AI agent
  • Per-resource sharing in project workspaces: restrict any document library or list, in a project or the organization Workspace, to specific people and teams with view / contribute / manage access. Share a project resource with an outside collaborator by adding them as a project guest. Note: on a restricted library, renaming, moving, or deleting it now needs manage access (the creator, a project manager, or an org admin), where any contributor could before. Share a library or list
