Business rollout for the Owner

Business planOwner

You go first. When you finish, portfolio managers can sign in to a workspace whose access rules are already decided. This is step 1 of Plan your Business rollout.

  1. Name one or two Admins to share the work. Admins run security and integrations; only you change the plan and edit the permission matrix. See roles and permissions.

  2. Set the sign-in rules. Enforce two-factor authentication before anyone else joins, and set session policies if your policy needs them. Single sign-on and SCIM come with Enterprise.

  3. Choose the permission posture in the matrix, add custom roles if you need them, and decide whether members may find projects they are not on.

  4. Check seats and billing. Understand member and guest seats before invitations go out.

  5. Decide the AI controls in Organization settings → AI and Storage: features on or off, the per-user AI cap, and who may connect external agents. See part 4 of Plan your Business rollout.

  6. Invite portfolio managers. Invite your team with the Portfolio Manager role.

For the rest of your first week, use the admin first-week checklist.
