Monitor workspace health
Onplana quietly watches for problems happening inside your workspace, an outbound webhook that keeps failing, a team repeatedly hitting a plan limit, AI tokens about to run out, and surfaces them in the Workspace health panel so you can act before they turn into support tickets.
The panel shows only your organization’s own findings, in plain language, each with the recommended next step and a link to the relevant guide.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”-
Open Settings → Organization → Security & Compliance.
-
Choose the Health sub-tab.
Any Owner or Admin can view it, on every plan.
What you see
Section titled “What you see”Each finding lists:
- Severity (Critical / High / Medium / Low) and a category chip (Operations, Security, User experience, AI, or Billing).
- A short title and a plain-language summary of what is happening.
- The recommended next step (an arrow line), for example “Check the endpoint URL in Integrations” or “Upgrade to unlock Gantt for the team”.
- A Learn more link to the guide that helps you fix it.
When there is nothing to report you see an All clear message.
Categories
Section titled “Categories”| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Operations | An outbound webhook was auto-disabled after repeated failures. |
| User experience | Several members hit the same paywall or permission wall this week. |
| AI | Your AI token balance is nearly spent. |
| Billing | A seat or quota anomaly worth a look. |
| Security | A login burst or an anonymized-access match. |
How findings are created
Section titled “How findings are created”Onplana clusters low-level signals (errors, limit hits, failed deliveries) by their shape, applies a materiality threshold so one-off noise never surfaces, and, when the signal is material, writes a finding. Nothing in a finding contains document contents, message bodies, or personal data, only aggregate counts and the affected area.
What to do with a finding
Section titled “What to do with a finding”Read the summary, follow the recommended step (or the Learn more link), and resolve the underlying issue. A finding clears from the panel once it is no longer occurring. You may also receive an in-app notification for a finding that affects you or your admins directly, with the same guidance.
