Prompts to run your projects from an AI assistant
Once Onplana is connected to your AI assistant, you work by typing a sentence. These thirty prompts are grouped by the job they do. Each one ends in a real result in your workspace: a project, a report, a risk, or an answer from your live data.
Every prompt here was run against a demo workspace through the Onplana MCP server before it was listed, and each entry says what it does in Onplana. The same list, with copy buttons, is at onplana.com/prompts.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Connect the assistant once. ChatGPT and Claude connect from their directories with a browser sign-in. Gemini CLI and other clients use a connection token. Microsoft 365 Copilot comes with the Onplana app for Teams.
- Change the part in square brackets. Use the project, task and people names you see in Onplana, so the assistant can find them.
- Everything runs as you. The assistant sees and changes only what your role allows, on your plan.
